Entity structure, intellectual property, and platform ownership
Prevayl-OS is a software platform developed and wholly owned by Prevayl Inc. (Michigan S-Corp, EIN 41-5226132). Prevayl Inc. and Prevayl-OS are distinct entities — Prevayl Inc. is the parent company; Prevayl-OS is its proprietary platform product. All platform rights, intellectual property, and commercial agreements are held by Prevayl Inc.
All software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary processes associated with Prevayl-OS are the exclusive intellectual property of Prevayl Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
