The story
How we got here.
2025
Problem identified.
Kenny Rieberger spent years working at the top levels of two major auto transport companies. The same friction kept appearing: brokers running four tools to do one job, carriers waiting 30 days to get paid, dealers calling for status updates that no one had. The tech wasn't the problem. The tools just hadn't been designed for how the business actually works.
2026 Q1
Prevayl Inc. incorporated.
Prevayl Inc. was filed as a Michigan S-Corp in March 2026. Holding company: Cars2Go LLC (MC-01813480, DOT #4562182), based in South Lyon, Michigan. The mission: build the platform the industry keeps patching around.
2026 Q2
Platform built. Founding-50 open.
The core platform — dispatch, carrier tools, dealer portal, accounting, AI, compliance — was built and opened to the first brokerages. The Founding-50 program launched to bring early operators in as design partners, not just customers.

Operators first.
Every feature starts with a real dispatcher, carrier, or dealer problem. We don't build toward a pitch deck. We build toward the person staring at a spreadsheet at 11pm trying to figure out why a carrier went quiet.
Specific over generic.
Auto transport is not "freight." It's VINs, not pallets. It's Manheim lot codes, not warehouse addresses. It's eBOL with photo inspection, not a generic document upload. We build for the specifics of this vertical, not a horizontal TMS.
Honest about what we are.
We're an early-stage company. We have a small team. We have a roadmap and a direction. We're not going to tell you we have 1,000 customers when we have 50. We're not going to put fake logos on a marketing page. Build trust first, then scale.
Carriers aren't a cost center.
The broker-carrier relationship in auto transport is adversarial in most platforms. Prevayl is free for carriers and designed to make working with us worth their time. Better carrier relationships mean better loads, fewer no-shows, and faster payouts.
