Dealers know where their cars are.
Every VIN on an active transport shows live status in the dealer portal. Pickup timestamp, carrier name, estimated delivery, and delivery confirmation with the signed BOL. Dealers can see status for every car in their account without calling your office. Your dispatch team stops answering status calls and starts dispatching.
